Oct. 12, 2021 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM

The Annual General Meeting for the Edmonton Ringette Club will be held on October 12, 2021 at 7:00PM via Zoom. (Meeting details were sent to all members via email on September 12th)

All members must have at least one adult present (adult players, or family member for minor players) noting that non-parent coaches and team staff may opt out at their discretion.  Members will be asked to provide a $200 deposit cheque to confirm AGM attendance, if you have not already.

I have linked key files we will be reviewing through the AGM

Vacant Roles include:  Vice President, Director at Large, Evaluations, Equipment, Grocery Cards & Webmaster., and Annual Year-End Banquet.  We absolutely welcome volunteer candidates for all of the Committee Roles listed, whether it's part of our ongoing operations, or specific to key events (Like the Gayle Shaw Memorial Fun Day, or Wood Tournament). Most, if not all, of the club roles listed align with team roles - the function of the club role is to coordinate the efforts by the team volunteers to provide oversight, alignment and report to the Board. Please review the Roles & Responsibilities linked and email if you are able and interested in filling any.

I'm looking forward to an amazing season of Ringette, and excited to connect and work with everyone. We all need to do our part - both in protecting our teams from COVID exposure and impact, and collectively organizing and executing the season.

Thank you,

Lynne Gurba

ERC President
