Your Support Is Needed

The ERC can only operate with the active participation of its members to produce the programs that support the goals of the club.

The board is presently at half strength and the current directors cannot effectively shoulder all of the necessary tasks.

Vacant Board Positions
  • Treasurer - Laurel Daniels is waiting to train her replacement after several years in the position.
  • Secretary - attends meeting and distributes minutes
  • Vice President - basically a trainee :)
  • Registrar - active from August to November getting teams registered on hard cards, etc
  • Fund Raising - prepares grant applications; looks at fund raising opportunities.
You could also volunteer for specific short term projects and tasks. Often things are not getting done due to the shortage of volunteers. Step up ...

Wood Tournament Volunteers

Hosting the annual WEM Wood Tournament (Nov 19-21) takes everyone in the ERC.  Each team will send two members to the Tournament Committee to plan and prepare for the Tournament.  A coordinator on each team will be filling volunteer spots assigned to the team over the three days.

This tournament is the premier AA tournament of the season.  Let's continue the tradition.

Team Representatives - Board Meetings

Each team is required to have a representative attend each board meeting during the season as liaison between the team and the board.

Board Meeting Schedule

Team Apparel

The ERC has arranged for club crested track suits and winter jackets which team members and families may purchase. See Details

Mandatory Equipment Reminder

ERC policy requires that U14, U16 and U19 players wear full equipment including shoulder pads.

Elite Team Jerseys and Pants

Each player will provide a $100 post-dated cheque as a uniform deposit.

ERC policy requires that the team equipment or uniform manager collect and keep the uniforms between games in the jersey and pant bags provided by the ERC.

Elite team jerseys or pants are not to be worn at practices.
